There are only 6 of us home this evening. I don’t have many ribs so this will work out good. John prefers to eat meat in a slab and not picking at a bone so this will work out good too. Tasha doesn’t care so she’ll get a chunk of pork steak, so that will work out good too. I have enough ribs for 4 us – no problem.

I got a new full LP tank for the grill last night while Samantha was at her job interview. The interview went well. She got a call today for a 2nd interview next week.
